Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain web-based applications based on client needs and specifications while maintaining a strong focus on cross-browser/platform compatibility, site performance, and meeting accessibility guidelines 

  • Build efficient and reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, adhering to industry standards 

  • Actively participate in identifying problem areas and opportunity within projects and the organization 

  • Accountable for communicating status on work, project development, timelines, and results 

  • Work closely with team members from all departments to meet client goals 

  • Moving between diverse tasks with cooperation and persistence to motivate and bring out the best in yourself and those around you 

  • Occasionally assisting sales with quoting, case histories and demonstrating the quality of our work 


  • Strong foundational understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Proficient with front end CSS/JS frameworks such as Bootstrap

  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related discipline a plus

  • Proficiency in Office 365 / Google Docs


  • Aptitude to learn unfamiliar platforms and project objectives quickly 

  • Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards; research, recommend, and apply new web technologies as they emerge 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues, recommendations, and benefits to a non-technical audience. 

  • Previous work on projects using agile development methodologies 

  • Design experience a plus 

  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Gulp a plus 

  • High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation. 

  • Attention to detail 

  • A major interest in crafting web experiences!
